My first 10K in a good long while…

Peloton Tread It really has been a while, so I'm pleased with 10K completed on the tread in just over 66 minutes... now I just need to double it (plus tax) and add some hill work !!!

New Year, New Peloton

Getting the legs ready to run again... the bike has been a massive help , but it's not the same as running - February will be our first 'race' in quite a while, and both of us need to work on speed. A couple of years ago I was introduced to the balloon ladies of Disney runs. They basically hold the perfect speed for minimum time completion - a 16 minute mile pace. This year I'm aiming to get Sam around a 10k race in front of said ladies (Working with double quad tears, so she has to take it easy). The following day, we will attempt the Princess Half Marathon if all goes well! Keep Moving Forwards.
