Getting ready...
Training is going well despite the lousy weather (thanks mainly to the gym!). We've been doing a lot of cycling, cross-training, and treadmill. I absolutely hate the treadmill !!!!!!
Going for another long-distance this Sunday. Between 15 and 17 miles is the plan so wish us luck!!
