Energize!

Did my long distance solo this weekend as my DW is away on business .... but I did manage to get 10 laps done in 2h 45"00' (12 miles) which I was very pleased about... my knees certainly know they've been running !! I'm currently following the 5 min walk / 1 min run training method which is recommended for Marathon training.... seems to work well for me so far :)
