Makes a nice change :)
I was tired this morning... didn't want to walk. So I rode my bike instead... got just shy of 10 miles in before running out of time (spent long enough pumping the darn tires up!). I did enjoy myself though - think I may alternate as it's a good way to strengthen my knees (yes they're struggling to keep up with me).
