The waiter has crab legs !!

This week has been a tough one for training as Sam has been away a lot (she only got herself promoted!! :D ). We also went out for a meal last night - the company was excellent, the food average. Of course, when you go out to eat, you eat later than you normally would so this morning's run was a little slow and bloated! Not to worry though as this week we'll be able to train every day :)
